MGM Alliance is a committed shared vision and goal of three successful Aboriginal business owners.

Proudly Aboriginal owned and operated, MGM Alliance has extensive capability and experience in the delivery of construction, commissioning and maintenance services. Based in Karratha, MGM works with a broad range of clients across the resources, energy, defence, government, utilities & infrastructure sectors.

Directors, Denise Dann, Mitchell Matera and Richard Walker founded MGM Alliance to complement their unique skills and experiences, and to fulfil their shared goal to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Together, Denise, Mitchell and Richard aspire for MGM to become the benchmark in Aboriginal career engagement and development.

They are also committed to delivering exceptional skills and services to their clients, with a focus on safety, innovation and enhanced productivity.

Our goal is to facilitate greater participation by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the resources, energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors. In the process of giving our people a hand up, we help the industry meet its Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement commitments.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Through the connection our Founders have in the community, we strive to not reinvent the wheel. We focus on supporting genuine programs, that are already servicing the community, such as local based cultural awareness training, school-based job ready programs, school-based mentoring, support and anti-bullying programs, community led fit for work programs and sponsoring local sporting events to better support social and emotional wellbeing. This has been successful by listening to the voices of the community to build genuine trust.

Supply Chain Diversity

MGM Alliance will partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses throughout our future projects and existing works to support local enterprise development and procurement opportunities, as we recognise that supporting these businesses within our supply chain delivers real benefit back into our communities. This provides economic inclusion, creation and development of capabilities.
We aim to:
